Just off the massive entrance lobby of the Shangri-la and the Lobby Lounge is the massive double door entryway to B-Café. Right from the get-go, you will be greeted by massive counters decorated with food artefacts and laden quite heavily with a vast spread. B-Café offers a menu that is expansive, covering all the popular cuisines. So if you are looking for some 'Sushi', you will find it here. A 'Caesar Salad', you got it. Got an itch for a 'Mutton Biryani' you will find that too. All the popular favourites in terms of pasta are available. And if it is the Southeast Asian countries that are calling out to you, the 'Laksa' and the 'Beef Rendang' are spots on. And of course, the 'Thai curries', in Red, Yellow and Green with a choice of meat and vegetables are a great choice. The desserts too cover a vast gamut and you are sure to find something to satiate that sweet tooth. B-Café is where all the food festival are held at the Shangri-La. This usually means a no-holds-barred event that goes on for a week, give or take a few days. A Malaysian festival I once attended even had dancers flown in from Malaysia to give that feeling of being transported to the country. A range of such international food festivals happens here on a regular basis.
