I like the fact the beers here are named after various popular hotspots in Bangalore. I personally have liked the 'Majestic Wheat', the 'Brigade Lager' and the 'Commercial Stout' and tend to stick to just the beers when I am here. But if you would like to explore, there are several cocktails that may be just the thing for you, besides a well-stocked bar. There are so many dishes here that you can nurse with your beer. If you want to start with something light, fresh, vegan and gluten-free, the 'Beet Buster Salad', with roasted beets, hazelnuts, orange segments is something you should order. If you looking for some fried goodness, then the 'Semolina Coated Cheese Sticks' served with some Gochujang Chilli Salsa' is lovely as is the 'Jalapeno Mushroom Poppers'. The chefs here know their tandoor well and some brilliant things that come out of it are the 'Kasundhi Mahi Kebab', the sole fish being the perfect choice for this marinade and the lovely char that it comes with. There is also the 'Lahsuni Murg Tikka' that comes in a little bird cage and the skewers hang over a bed of roasted speanuts that we cleared out pretty soon. Among the mains, we had the 'Sage Chicken' – Grilled chicken breast that is stuffed with ham, chicken mince and some gooey cheddar cheese and streaky bacon. All of this goodness comes together with some chilli rosemary jus. If you would like to go the Indian way for mains, then the 'Laal Maas' and 'Dal Makhani with Roti' is what you order. The 'Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut Cake', with a hazelnut meringue and basil butter cream frosting, is what you want to end with.
