Tinello must be one of the best or maybe the best Italian restaurants in Ahmedabad city, for which is it also well-known. It also serves a set menu of North Indian food, mainly for hotel guests. Located on the ground floor, it does not have a great entrance, but it has nice interiors. It is a large restaurant with an open kitchen. Very classy with trained staff. But what stands out is the Italian food. Try their very innovative Beetroot Feta Ravioli where the ravioli is made of thin slices of beetroot stuffed with feta cheese. Tastes great. Also, their vegetarian Home Made Spinach Ricotta Ravioli, different pizzas and pasta have good authentic taste. For non-vegetarian food lovers, there is an array of choices. Do try their Linguine Pescatore if you are a seafood lover or the My Cousin’s Classic 'Osso Bucco' if you like lamb. It has saffron rice served with falling from the bone lamb shanks. The breakfast spread with its mixture of Indian, Continental and Italian is good but mostly opted for by the hotel guests. For better choices seek the help of the chefs.
