The Blue Oven is a simple restaurant with white walls and light brown wooden furniture. There is a prominent small blue stone oven from where it derives its name. It has an open kitchen where you can watch the cooks making the pizza in front of you. On one wall, there are pictures put up on a metal mesh and the menu is prominently displayed above the open kitchen. This place is predominantly about pizzas. Of course, they also serve sides dishes like the French fries, pasta, Bruschetta, Poutine, Beverages, salads and dessert but this place is all about the pizzas. Open the whole day, The Blue Oven offers a variety of combinations of pizza toppings in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions. Try the 'Four Cheese Pizza' which has 4 different types of cheese in it or the 'Veggies Overload Pizza', if you are a vegetarian. If you are a non-vegetarian, try the 'Spicy Pepperoni' or the 'BBQ Chicken Pizza'. There are also house special pizzas where you can find the 'Pink Pizza' in which you get the pink sauce, a mixture of white and the red sauce used in this pizza. There is also 'Calzone' on the menu, basically, a stuffed pizza.
