Spice Affair has a great location, right on the highway and the property has a long road facing space. Spice Affair is part of Hotel German Palace and it is the only restaurant of the hotel. It is located on the ground floor. The place is done up in modern style with 2 walls of the hotel having light up cutouts of utensils as decoration. One whole wall has glass on it so that you can enjoy the view outside. This glass wall faces the highway. Here the restaurant serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian multi-cuisine meals. This place also serves as the café of the hotel. Spice Affair is on the outskirts of Ahmedabad so it’s quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The restaurant staff here is very polite and friendly but the kitchen service is not fast so you would have to wait for your food to arrive. For starters, have the 'Karare Dahi Kebab' or if you are in the mood for non-vegetarian starters, try the 'Amritsari Fish Fry'. Do ask them to keep the salt low as the chef has a tendency to put too much salt. Also, try the 'Galouti Kebabs' here. For the main course, you can go for 'Dingri Matar Hara Pyaaz' or the 'Malai Kofta' if you are a vegetarian and pair it with 'Naan' or 'Parantha'. Non-vegetarians can try the 'Khatte Murgh' or the 'German Special Chicken Kofta Curry'.
