Khana Khazana is a 24-hour restaurant which serves good North Indian food and also breakfast and after meal time snacks. It is the ground floor restaurant of Inder Residency Hotel. The décor here is not very impressive but it is elegant. The dishes at Khana Khazana are reasonably priced. Also, it is centrally located so it is a great place to bring your friends. It is right opposite the oldest college in the city, the Gujarat College so it is also popular with the college crowd. Do try their Golden Fried Mushrooms which are served with Hot Garlic Sauce. Non-vegetarians should try their Fish Dry Red Chilly which is crispy fried fish tossed with Red Chilly. Do have Mutton Rogan Josh or Fish Amritsari if you are a non-vegetarian in the main course. Vegetarians should go for Miloni Tarkari, which is a mixed vegetable in a mild green curry.
